COI Enterprises began business operations in mid 1990’s and is organized to provide complete management services and computer engineering and support services for commercial, state and federal customers. COI's focus is data management and dissemination, workplace business process reengineering, value added engineering as well as the purchasing and reselling of COTS hardware and software. COI has a work share partnerships with THG, LLC and D&L Enclosures, Inc. COI is prepared to sell, install and network computer systems in your work place. Past Performance:

Department of homeland Security
Period of Performance: March 2007 to December 2008

COI was tasked to review the Department of Homeland Security’s US Coast Guard ongoing Rescue 21 Maritime communications project. During the review process COI examined and made recommendations to change the programs design, development production, logistics and system deliver processes. The customer accepted all the COI teams recommendations which reduced the program schedule and by more that nine months and saved the Coast Guard over $65,000,000.00.

Department of Defense
Period of Performance: March 2007 to December 2008

COI was tasked by the Defense Acquisition University provide expert advice on how best to consolidate the standalone work effort of the Raytheon Company and Lockheed Martin into a single design develop activity to support the production of a common outer space Kinetic Energy Missile Kill Vehicle for the DoD’s Missile Defense Agency. COI developed technologies and proprietary information exchange strategies, recommendation design processes to reduce Kill Vehicle development and established a methodology for both companies to use common suppliers to reduce cost. Both companies have implemented the COI advice thereby allowing the Missile Defense Agency to realize a near term cost avoidance in excess of $100,000,000.00
